How do you handle data migration?
We understand that perhaps one of the most daunting aspects of moving to a new system is the risk of data loss or corruption. We have a robust migration process and can quickly handle data from common industry suppliers such as Strato, Manage, Sycle, Blueprint, Cliniko, Writeupp or Healthy Practice. For any not listed, we offer a bespoke migration service, ensuring your are up to speed as quickly as possible.
Do you integrate with Noah 4?
Yes, we integrate with Noah 4 when running in standalone mode. Noah data and session history is automatically synced centrally into HearLink so there is no need for complex networking setups.
Are there any hidden fees or add ons?
Absolutely not. Like you, we're fed up of getting stung by paid add-ons and price hikes, we wanted the HearLink pricing to be fair, simple and transparent. The price you pay covers you for all the HearLink features, this includes email & SMS appointment confirmations and reminders.
How long is the contract?
